Returns & Exchanges Policy

At GUSL, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • All original packaging and contents must be included.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items that have been opened, used, assembled, or altered are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When possible, we will replace the item or send any missing components at no additional cost.

Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We may request additional information to help resolve the issue.

Preorders

Preorder items may be canceled for a full refund before they have shipped.

Once a preorder item has shipped, it is subject to the same return and exchange requirements as all other products.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened DIY bracelet kits

  • Used materials or supplies

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final-sale items
