Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $79.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my kit?

Unused and unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

Can I return an opened kit?

Due to the nature of craft supplies, opened or used kits are generally not eligible for return.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing pieces?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
