Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to SunnieBead. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Purchases for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Pricing

SunnieBead may sell digital beading patterns, beads, bead packs, jewelry-making kits, findings, tutorials, and handmade products.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, photography, and differences between manufacturing batches. Minor variations in bead color, finish, size, or quantity are not considered defects.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

3. Orders and Payments

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may cancel or refuse an order because of payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling it.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled portion.

Physical orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment begins.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless the product listing specifically says otherwise.

You are responsible for confirming that your device and software can open the listed file format.

Digital purchases are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or defective file, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

5. Pattern and Tutorial Use

Purchasing or downloading a SunnieBead pattern or tutorial gives you a limited license to use it. Ownership of the pattern, instructions, diagrams, photographs, and other content remains with SunnieBead.

You may:
- Download and print the pattern for your own use.
- Make finished handmade items using the pattern.
- Sell items you personally make, including through your own small business, unless the product listing says otherwise.

You may not:
- Share, copy, reproduce, resell, upload, publish, or give away the pattern or tutorial.
- Sell printed, photographed, copied, modified, traced, or digital versions of the pattern.
- Claim the pattern, diagrams, photographs, or instructions as your own.
- Use the pattern for factory, automated, or mass production.
- Have employees, contractors, or third-party manufacturers produce items from the pattern.
- Include the pattern or tutorial in a class, kit, publication, website, or video without written permission.

Purchasing beads, supplies, or a finished item does not give you permission to copy or distribute the related pattern.
